We ship orders via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days for UPS delivery and 2-5 days for Priority mail delivery. PO Boxes and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are sent via USPS Priority mail.

Sassy Chicks Boutique collects personal information that is necessary to complete your order. We will never sell or give away any of your personal information. Sassy Chicks Boutique does not share your personal information with any party other than those required to fulfill your order (e.g. merchant bank for credit card charging; UPS or USPS for order delivery).

We will use your email address or phone number to contact you if we have a question or problem with your order. We will not contact you for marketing purposes unless you specifically request to receive information about our specials. Returns & Replacements

We will be happy to exchange most items. You may return the item(s) within 14 days from receipt for a refund of the purchase price. All shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be in their original unopened packaging. We do not accept returns of any bath or beauty products.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. Please use a service that will provide a tracking number (UPS, USPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for returns that are lost in shipping and we do not accept COD returns. Refunds will be issued to the customer upon return of the product in good condition.

Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged items and save the box and packaging materials. Please email us at sales@SassyChicksBoutique.com if you need to exchange a product and to obtain a return delivery address.
