Return Policy

Eligible Online Orders:

 **Online orders are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if the 'Return Process' requirements are followed**

* Orders returned out of compliance with our return process criteria will not be refunded.
* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
* Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
* Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

* We DO NOT exchange online orders. Items move in and out very quickly and we can't guarantee items will still be in stock when we receive your return because we do not hold items for exchange.

* We MUST be notified within 4 days of delivered receipt of your purchase via email (see Return Process below) if you plan to return your item. 

* Once we receive your return, you will be issued a coupon code in the amount of your returned item minus shipping cost that you can use on your next purchase. Orders MUST reach us 12 days from the day you received your order.

 Custom Made Items:

**Custom orders are not eligible for return** 

* These items are made-to-order custom for you and therefore not eligible for return.

Clearance, Holiday, Jewelry, Gift Cards, etc: 

* Sales on items marked Clearance are FINAL and not eligible for return. 

* Holiday themed items can not be returned once that particular holiday has passed no matter when they were purchased.

* All Jewelry/Earrings are FINAL sale and not eligible for return.

* Gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange and can not be redeemed for cash. 

*All swimwear, bodysuits and intimate items are final sale and are non-refundable.

Eligible Return Requirements:

* The item must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors, stains and pet hair.

* The item must have all original tags still attached.

* The item must be returned in the clear bag containing the sku number on it.

* Shoe returns MUST be in the original box for return.

 **Returns not meeting all these requirements will not be accepted and you will be responsible for return shipping back to you**

* To initiate a return...please send us a message within 4 days of delivery via email at shopsassychicks@gmail.com (Re: Return) 

* Once we respond and approve your return, you are welcome to return your item back to us.

Return Shipping Process:

**Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility**

 * To complete your return for online orders, the email you receive confirming your order is your receipt. Please print a copy to send with your return or write your order number on a piece of paper and include with your return. 

* When shipping returns, place inside a mailer or another box prior to shipping. 

* When shipping shoes or other boxed items, place inside a mailer or another box prior to shipping. Please DO NOT tape up the shoe box/boxed item and ship! This will result in your return not being accepted and you will be responsible for return shipping back to you.

* When shipping your return, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you don't. Please provide us with the tracking number via email at shopsassychicks@gmail.com

* Tracking numbers are your friends! :O)

**We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages as we have no control over what occurs once the package enters the postal service. Please contact your local post office to file a claim if this occurs**
