Shipping Policy

Shipping:

* Shipping is $8.00 Flat rate per order & FREE for orders over $100 *

* Processing and shipping times will take 2-10 days to arrive to you. We try to ship orders within 2 BUSINESS days (Mon-Fri). We also use drop shipping services which means your order may be split into more than one package. Please be patient. But if you haven’t received your order within 10 days, please just reach out so we can check things on our end. Remember sometimes life happens, holidays or the postal service delays us a few extra days. Please understand if that happens, we are not always perfect ;o)

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS: 

* Before submitting your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. For orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

* Sassy Chicks Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

* If you would like to change this address, you may do so before checking out. After you have already paid the order in full, it might be hard to change the address, but you should always reach out to shopsassychicks@gmail.com for help.

* We cannot change the shipping address once it is shipped out. Once an order has been delivered to the incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

* Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order!

Lost or Stolen Packages:

* Once your package leaves our hands and enters the postal service, it's no longer in our control and the responsibility of the postal service.

* If something happens, ALL CLAIMS will have to be made through your local post office. This being said, please email us at shopsassychicks@gmail.com and let us know what’s going on and we will do whatever we can on our end to help you resolve the problem. 

* Our website sends your shipping confirmation, tracking numbers & updates via email (check your junk folder as well).
